Job Description
We are looking for a talented content producer to be in charge of our social channels, our blog and our newsletter. Alongside our brand marketing manager, you will develop and manage strategies across organic and paid social media activity and ensure content output that drives awareness of our brand, grows our sustainable fashion community and consistently delivers cost effective traffic, leads, sales and retention. Alongside our brand marketing manager, you will ensure the effective deliverence of influencer gifting, events, campaigns, newsletters and partnerships/collaborations.

Working for a startup is not a standard 9-5 and it is a challenging but rewarding experience that will utilise your potential to the maximum. You will be given high levels of autonomy to ensure a high-growth social presence and influence within this market.
Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Building Sojo’s reputation through relevant, timely and meaningful content and social activity to reach and connect with existing and new audiences. Primarily focussing on our Instagram but also including Tiktok, our blog and our newsletter.
- Working closely with the marketing manager to create a content calendar and then planning and scheduling posts across all platforms.
- Plan and activate our marketing strategy for paid social, organic social, community management, content production and outreach.
- Alongside our brand marketing manager, you will ensure the effective deliverence of influencer gifting, events, campaigns, newsletters and partnerships/collaborations.
- Working closely with a brand’s marketing team to help create content for our B2B partnerships.
- Creating our weekly newsletter to go our to our email subscribers
Key Competencies
- 1-2 years of experience within content creation and social media management
- Demonstrable eye for aesthetic content (photography, graphics and film)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and Adobe suite (or other video editing software)
- Keen eye for social trends that can be applicable to Sojo
- Deep understanding of the sustainable fashion landscape and market
- Strong organisational skills
